Step 1: We select ZMX-qualified artists.
- Approval is based on popularity and sheet music sales potential
- Managers, labels, and/or publishers help secure print publishing rights
- The artist or publisher executes our simple, non-exclusive Agreement
Step 2: We create top quality Sheet Music.
- We arrange and engrave a selection of the artist’s most popular songs
- We deliver a number of arrangements for each song in print and MP3 format
- The artist has the option to review each arrangement for accuracy
- Arrangements are priced to sell easily (under $2.00, on average)
Step 3: Fans purchase sheet music for their favorite songs.
- The artist adds the ZMX Music store to their web site, Facebook, or MySpace page
- Fans browse, preview, purchase, and download arrangements in convenient PDF format (no plug-ins required)
- Each purchase is watermarked with the buyer’s name to minimize file sharing
- All transactions are handled securely through Amazon Payments
Step 4: A new revenue stream is born.
- Royalties of 30% to 50% (up to 4 times the industry average) are paid quarterly
- Artists can log in any time to see how every penny of each sale is distributed
